Lizzie’s career in the beauty industry began in 2006 when she took a job as a receptionist in a salon while working her way through college. As she watched and learned from the stylists her love for hair design began to grow. She quickly developed a passion for hair design and was accepted into an apprenticeship program. To earn her cosmetology license, she worked as an assistant to top stylists and attended classes for two years. After graduating at the top of her class, Lizzie worked directly for Ashley Love as her associate for several months as she fine-tuned her craft.

Lizzie is committed to achieving technical excellence through continuing education. She has received numerous certifications from Goldwell, Ouidad, KMS, Schwarzkopf, and Paul Mitchell systems. She specializes in color, keratin treatments, Great Lengths hair extensions, and haircuts. In 2018 she successfully completed Ouidad [the Curly Hair Experts] certification in New York and now specializes in curly.
 
In addition to her skill set, Lizzie’s kind heart and her willingness to cater to and accommodate her clients sets her apart. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at Salon Sage! In her spare time, she enjoys running, music and spending time with her twins, Mallory and Max
